Being a part of Shades of Brown is one of my fonder memories of Davidson.

"Shades of Brown was something that we were able to do together. It was our way to bring something that was unique to us to a place where it was easy to lose that. It was important for us to educate the Davidson community about the meaning behind it. Stepping wasn't just for entertainment, but it had a history. Being a part of Shades of Brown is one of my fonder memories of Davidson. It was great to be a part of something like that at a place like Davidson."
